The Trailer Queen attaches to your steering shaft by way of a splined hub adapter. An adjustable stop arm is located on top of the unit that extends out to your window bars to keep the device from spinning on the steering shaft. The unit is built to fit a wide range of chassis, shaft position, and cockpit deflector combinations with no modification, but can be modified to fit 99% of situations. Each unit is equipped with a wired and a wireless remote to turn your wheels left and right. Trailer Queens are intended to operate using the wired remote. This allows much more precise input for tight spaces. The wireless remote is simply a convenience when absolutely necessary.

Your Trailer Queen can be ordered with a variety of power tool battery adapters to fit most popular brands. You should never leave a battery installed in your trailer queen for more than 24 hours at a time.

Some wireless winch remotes will interfere with your wireless Trailer Queen remote. This is why we recommend using the wired remote whenever the situation allows. Some brands are worse than others, some do not interfere at all. If your winch remote does cause interference, there are a couple of ways around the issue. The simplest, and the method we personally use, is to just let off of your winch button when you turn the tires. The Trailer Queen will prevent your tires from excessively turning while you are winching, so you rarely have to turn the tires once you get pointed straight into the trailer.
